Privacy Policy
In short: Offers and Systems, Inc. collects the information you give us and some usage data to run, improve and market our Services. We do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you opt in, book a call, register for an event, purchase, join a community, use our software or contact us, we collect what you provide, which may include:
- name, email address, phone number and business details;
- information you share in forms, applications, intake and onboarding questions (for example, your offer, audience and goals);
- billing information, which is collected and processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers);
- messages, questions, posts and files you send us or share in our communities and tools.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our pages or open our emails, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, and email opens and clicks, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking below).
Information from others
We may receive information from platforms you use to interact with us, such as scheduling, event, payment, advertising and social platforms, and from business contact sources where permitted by law.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate and improve the Services, including our trainings, communities, events and software;
- process purchases, payments, renewals and refunds;
- schedule calls and register you for events you request;
- send service messages, reminders and support replies;
- send marketing about our offers, where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
- personalize content and measure the performance of our pages, emails and ads;
- protect the Services, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use information you provide in confidential program work to train publicly available AI models.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
Where these laws apply, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, because of our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, because you consented (which you can withdraw at any time), or to meet legal obligations.
When we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers who process data for us, such as payment processing, email and CRM, scheduling, event and video platforms, community and chat tools, website hosting and security, analytics, customer support and AI providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels on our pages, to measure and improve our marketing (see below).
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction (for example, when you share something in a community).
Cookies and tracking
Our pages may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure visits and page performance, and measure and personalize advertising (for example, analytics tools and advertising pixels from social and search platforms). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads through your ad platform settings and industry opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect some features.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, and then delete or anonymize it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures, including access controls and trusted providers, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Services are for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact support@offersandsystems.ai and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by law. To use these rights, email us. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Email and SMS: unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message; reply STOP to any text message.
Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers handle Do-Not-Track signals inconsistently, so we do not respond to them. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.
California residents
California residents have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information (purchases), internet activity, and professional information you provided, for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal information for money; to the extent use of advertising cookies counts as “sharing,” you can opt out by email or with a Global Privacy Control signal. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and we will give notice of material changes by reasonable means.
